Non-Refundable Fees

Certain charges such as application fees, examination fees, processing charges, or fees already utilized for academic or administrative purposes may be non-refundable.

2. Course Fee Refund

Refunds for course fees may be considered based on the timing of the cancellation request:

• Before course commencement: Eligible for partial or full refund as per institutional guidelines.
• After classes have started: Refunds may not be applicable once academic services have been availed.
• Digital study materials, certifications, or training resources already accessed may not be refundable.

3. Event, Workshop & Seminar Payments

Payments made for workshops, seminars, training sessions, or educational events are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered if the event is cancelled by Example College.

If any payment is deducted multiple times or processed incorrectly, students or parents should contact us immediately with transaction details for verification and resolution.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
